about the director NATARA NEY

A native of Olinda, Pernambuco, she has a degree in journalism from UNICAP and in Audiovisual Production at the Centro Afrocarioca de Cinema. She has worked in audiovisual since 1998, as a screenwriter, editor and director, with more than 20 feature films, six TV series and several music videos. Participated in mentorships Lab Sesc Novas Histórias, Festival Cabíria, FOCO, APAN training process, Manos Invisibles and Pajubá Fest.

Born in Recife in 1965. Graduated in Journalism from UFPE, he directed films that received repercussions at festivals and awards around the world. He directed music videos for artists such as Otto, Chico Science and Nação Zumbi, Zé Ramalho, Alceu Valença, Reginaldo Rossi, Mestre Ambrósio and Chico César.
