Sandra’s mother has been missing for days. Disoriented and penniless, she asks her distant half-brother Jorge for help. However, he deals with another difficult situation: after registering a homophobic aggression act, he starts to be harassed so as not to publish the images.

about the director Eliane Coster

Photographer, screenwriter and film director. Graduated in Cinema at ECA-USP (University of São Paulo, 1994), made several short films. She worked as a photographer in several wide known publications such as Veja São Paulo, Valor Econômico, Nova Escola, among others. PhD in Arts and Photography from Unicamp (University of Campinas) focused on the Paris-Sorbonne University. Half Brother is his first fiction feature film as a screenwriter and director.
