Aspects such as structure and running of Ancine will be addressed, with the main theme being the ways to access public funding for audiovisual sector through the Culture Laws of Incentive and the Audiovisual Sector Fund lines. Experts in the subject answer the participants’ questions.

Carolina Brasil Romão e Silva
Specialist in Regulation at the Brazilian Film Agency - Ancine. PhD student in Intellectual Property and Innovation by the National Institute of Industrial Property. Master in Law at the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro. Graduated in Law at the Rio de Janeiro State University. Post graduated in Public Management at Universidade Cândido Mendes. Legal Resident of the Attorney General of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro. Former Legal Advisor of the Legal Department of the State Secretariat of Culture of Rio de Janeiro.
Fabiana Trindade Machado
Has a degree in Computer Science at UFMG, specialized in Business Management, and a Masters Degree in Film Art Management (La Sapienza - Rome). She also has a degree in Performing Arts and has worked in the cultural market for over ten years before joining Ancine. Since 2010, she has worked in the scope of the Audiovisual Sectorial Fund, having gone through several areas involving selection, hiring - in which she worked as coordinator, monitoring contracts, collecting financial returns and analyzing the results achieved by the Fund. Currently, she is a member of the advisory team of the Secretariat of Funding Policy.
Myriam Assis de Souza
Graduated in Social Communication - Advertising and Marketing at PUC-Minas, MBA in Cultural Management at Universidade Cândido Mendes. Civil servant at Ancine for 15 years. She was the coordinator of Project Analysis and Rights Analysis, and is currently an advisor to director Debora Ivanov.
Renata Lucia de Toledo Pelizon
Graduated in Law at USP. Specialist in Regulation at the Brazilian Film Agency – Ancine since 2014. She has always worked within the scope of Audiovisual Sectorial Fund at the Secretariat of Fund Policies Department, with experience in monitoring the work of the Steering Committee of the Fund, in the Regional Arrangements and in the Public TVs lines. Currently, she is a consultant to director Alex Braga.
