The aim of this seminar is to raise awareness and inspire the action of Brazilian audiovisual professionals regarding gender and racial inequalities in the sector by disseminating national and international studies and initiatives that contribute to the promotion of diversity on and off screen, in Brazil and all over the world. In its second edition, the event will be held in partnership with SESC São Paulo and concomitantly with the first edition of FIM - Women in Cinema International Festival in São Paulo. The programme presents relevant experiences for overcoming gender inequalities in the spectrum of government, business and civil society.
