about the course
In the midst of a new culture of communication, in other words, of networks, film production highlights, in a perhaps explicit and affirmative way, the aesthetic and thematic issues of a cinema of resistance. The dimension of the debate is regained in the cinema, the formation of groups and cinematographic collectives is recomposed, and, as a result, new ways of coping with the financing model and / or policy are established. It is in this atmosphere that the feminist intervention or the theme of cinematographic feminism, strongly associated with documentaries, retakes a pride of place. The role of women in the production and the making of films is evidenced, however, little is thrown on the point of female writing raised to its maximum creative potential.
This course intends to analyze, not only from a historical perspective, a growing branch of differences between women, to think questions of enunciation and interpellation from a female point of view, but which tends today to extrapolate the universe of individual experiences. It is about emphasizing what surrounds, involves and sustains a proposal creatively in order to embrace language elements beyond those personal, particular and no less necessary ones to the composition of an original project.
